- Assist in achieving established sales goals, including market share objectives. Implement market development and field marketing activities to expand our presence.
- Schedule appointments and conduct compelling sales presentations to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
- Develop customer-focused presentation packages that highlight the features, benefits, and clinical applications of our surgical instruments.
- Address questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to clinical staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper utilization of our products. Provide training and technical support to medical staff.
- Establish strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, and nurses within the surgical field.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes. Provide timely feedback to internal teams.
- Assist in product launches by organizing workshops, webinars, and product showcases.
- Conduct live demonstrations of our devices during workshops, conferences, and training sessions.
- Assist in forecasting sales volumes and contribute to business planning.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate product maintenance.
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Generate reports for internal use and regulatory submissions.
- Assist in preparing documentation for product approvals and certifications.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g.,Sales, Marketing, Life Sciences etc).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably within the surgical domain.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and related medical terminology.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service to healthcare professionals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Required for travel frequently to client sites.
