Role Description We are looking for an International Programs Recruiter for a full-time remote role. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage multiple simultaneous tasks while being able speak Mandarin fluently. The Students Recruitment and International Relations team member will be responsible for managing relationships with schools/universities, and partner agencies, and engaging in sales with potential participants. Requirements 1. Fluency in Madarin is a must 2. A bachelors degree or above in related fields 3. Relevant work experience in requirement, sales, business development or similar Key responsibilities & networks 1. Business Relationships with International sending partners in recruitment Responsibilities Recruitment : Sales, interviews, recruitment efforts Actively partake in recruitment-related tasks, sales, and pre-screening interviews of applicants Participation at career fairs, information sessions at universities, and other recruitment-related events Recruitment: LinkedIn & Hosco networking, business development Networking on LinkedIn, Hosco, and using other tools for recruitment & networking purposes Schools and universities network Initiate activities & strategies to develop the company's international network (affiliated schools & university) Generate and pursue leads, build strong connections, and make constant follow-ups Be involved in the entertainment of the network of affiliated schools & universities Recruitment: International partners Relationship person for sending agencies based on markets assigned Business meetings, presentations/webinars
