Are you ready to shape the future together We are currently looking for a dynamic third-party, contract-basis Sales Executive, Equipment Finance to support our Equipment Finance department in our Financial Services business. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for delivering Sales targets and KPIs, to perform customers' site visit & machine inspection, prepare loan submission and cross selling corporate programmes to equipment finance customer to promote BMW brand and financial products. What awaits you Responsibilities includes: Primarily responsible for delivering Sales targets and KPIs. Sales oriented and executes the necessary sales activities towards the achievement of the sales budget. To prepare loan submission of customer applications - from data input, uploading of documents, response to Credit Acceptance (CA) comments/ clarifications for application status and approval. To perform customers' site visit and machine inspection as per guideline and Equipment Finance Sales Operating Procedures. To issue letters of undertaking to vendors, preparation of loan agreement execution and to ensure Hire Purchase (HP) agreement and documents are properly executed. Contact settlement associates for documentation and funding of approved loans. Accountable for FIS e-Hak Milik registration process for New and Used Commercial vehicles, material handling equipment. Collection of information as required for Credit Assessment and forward to New Business Team. Advising customer of the results of Credit Assessment and negotiating new terms if required. Cross selling corporate programmes to equipment finance customer to promote BMW brand and ultimately cars sales. What should you bring along Diploma/ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines. 1-3 years of relevant working experience in Sales or Financial Services. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. Hands on experience in MS Office tools, primarily on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong command of English (written & verbal), coupled with a disciplined work ethic and is able to work under minimal supervision. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage (not mandatory). Knowledge in Equipment Financing , financial services products or credit risk management would be preferred. Highly collaborative and feedback oriented, able to challenge the status quo and provide solutions on efficiencies where possible. Sales-driven and target achievement mindset.
