- Leverage previous relationships and customer portfolio to generate sales and revenue
- Build and enhance the leads database for the company through cold sales
- Provide product demonstrations to potential customers and understand their requirements
- Create a positive sales experience, by providing timely and professional assistance
- Engage and work with external introducers, and maintain good relationships with partners
- Support marketing activities by attending conferences and other marketing events
- Maintain a solid understanding of the financial markets and Forex industry
- Maintain a solid understanding of company's offering and forthcoming release
- 3+ years of experience in a similar institutional/solution sales role
- Ability to demonstrate a detailed understanding of solution selling
- In-depth knowledge of working with CRMs, lead tracking and following sales targets
- Knowledge in forex is a must, experience with Fintech and forex software is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken English & Chinese is a must.
- Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize different tasks quickly
- Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
- Great communication skills
- Results driven and self-motivated
