Content Moderator - Listing & Content, MY Marketplace

Be responsible for the curation of Mall content, to perform quality check on the legitimacy of the official brand and marketplace listings
Categorize and place the listings into the right categories based on the product categories
Review offline files to ensure the marketplace content is align with the policies and guidelines
Understand marketplace policies and guidelines, and make necessary curation based on it
Identify improvement opportunities in workflow and suggest solution
Work with the Customer Support teams and Business Development teams to handle listing inquiries

Requirements

Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experienced applicants in Content Moderation are welcomed to apply
Basic Microsoft Excel skill is required
Able to work on repetitive tasks in a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written forms (Mandarin language is a preferred)
Excellent comprehension skills
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
