Mandarin Team Lead (Content Moderator)

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in a related field
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading)
• Strong ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content with professionalism and emotional resilience
• Proficiency in content moderation tools, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Willingness to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of content moderators to deliver consistent, high-quality results
• Monitor team performance against KPIs, providing regular feedback, coaching, and training
• Schedule, allocate tasks, and manage workforce planning to ensure adequate coverage across shifts
• Oversee content review processes across social media, forums, and websites, ensuring compliance with company policies and community guidelines
• Provide users with professional and transparent explanations regarding content removal or policy enforcement actions
• Handle escalated cases and conduct quality checks to ensure fairness and accuracy
• Prepare reports on team performance, content trends, risks, and operational challenges
