Conducting research projects that lead to new products for hands protection to various markets and potential segments.
Adapting the learned industrial processes for success stories in new product upscaling and commercial launches.
Managing materials evaluation and inspection according to set work procedures and international standards.
Organizing, supporting and sustaining process and yield improvement program.

Requirements:

Tertiary education in Chemistry, Polymer, Chemical and Materials Engineering disciplines preferred.
Innovative and analytical thinker.
Good command in English communication.
Ability to work independently and within teams.
Willing to travel within Malaysia.
