Job Responsibility Work closely with the Sales team and Interior Design Team Lead for clients needs for preparing on conceptual designs, presentations, designs development and production. Responsible to propose and design new concepts according to clients' desired needs. Propose suitable construction materials, colour scheme, carpentry work and etc. To attend the site visit, site measurement, and meeting with the client when needed. Assist to oversee the progress of assigned project in terms of drawings and materials. Stays updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor s Degree in any field or equivalent. Proven experienced on corporate or retail design. Able to produce full set conceptual drawings in 2D and 3D drawings. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Knowledge of AutoCad, 3D Studiomax, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, MS Office. Possess strong flair in design concept and detailing. Good team player with strong commitment and self-motivated. Proven ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high-quality service to clients.
