Job Responsibility Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their design needs and effectively communicating our services to meet those needs Design Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences and budget constraints and provide professional design consultations and recommendations Proposal Development: Prepare detailed and visually appealing proposals, including design concepts, mood boards, cost estimates and project timeline, tailored to each client's specific requirements Presentation and Negotiation: Present design proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns and negotiate contracts and pricing to secure projects Project Execution: Work closely with the project management team to ensure a smooth transition from sales phase to execution phase, providing necessary project details and design specifications Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads activities and client interactions and provide regular reports and forecasts to the management Job Requirements Possess good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills Candidate who possess at least Diploma / Advanced /Higher / Graduate Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent Candidate without credentials above but equipped with solid working experience in interior design/ architecture industry is encouraged to apply Job Benifits Fast-tracked career growth Learning new skill sets Incentive trips Dynamic and young working environment
