Key Responsibilities: Lead and drive recruitment efforts for a wide range of positions, ensuring timely hiring to support business growth. Act as the main point of contact for employee relations, handling workplace issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters in line with Malaysian labor laws. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and managers to foster a positive and compliant workplace culture. Oversee essential HR operations such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and payroll processing, while ensuring compliance with internal policies. Partner with the China HQ HR team to align recruitment strategies, employee engagement, and HR best practices across regions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment and employee/labor relations. Preferably with experience in the food & beverage, retail, or digital marketing industry. Solid understanding of Malaysian employment law and HR compliance practices.
