This role will enable Business Unit success by establishing, developing and maintaining project delivery capabilities. They will work directly with the product owner, IT and the wider PMO team to develop, maintain and troubleshoot problems across our new portfolio management system. This role will be leading key activities such as; managing and co- ordinating system wide Business- as- usual activities within the portfolio management tool and system administration tasks such as security & access management. The role will require an in depth technical understanding of Microsoft 365, Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate. This will include the supporting of system users across the business, the product owner the business administrator and IT. The role will be both business and technical facing and will require a high degree of technical literacy.System DevelopmentSupporting continuous evolution of system, processes and tools based in Microsoft Power Platform.Support Integration of platform with other systems & Tools.Assisting in the creation of process documentation and guides.Contribute to development of reporting and dashboards to support organisational objectives.Gather and analyse information and feedback to support future development phases of the solution.System administration & user supportFirst line support for the business and our team for technical trouble shooting and BAU queries across our tools and system.Triaging points for escalations to product owner , IT and the wider PMO team.Managing and co- ordinating system wide technical and non- technical BAU activities.Monitoring and governing day to day user activity.Reporting on platform health and user engagement.About youDemonstrated experience with Microsoft PowerApps & PowerAutomate (or Dynamics).Experience working in a business based team supporting complex business systems.Competent in using Microsoft 365 Tools including Teams, SharePoint, ExcelStrong organisational skillsExperience working within a PM or PMO organisationExperience creating process documentation and training materialKnowledge of information management best practicesExperience co- ordinating technical forums/workshop groupsKnowledge and application of process, tool or system improvement methodologiesBenefitsDyson monitors the market to ensure competitive salaries and bonuses.
