- Coordinate integration of the process and oversee finance teams to ensure strict compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintenance of policies and procedures for intercompany accounting activities
- Drive continuous process improvement including automation and acceleration.
- Prepare Weekly KPIs of the intercompany project.
- Support with intercompany reconciliations and review.
- Support in the resolution of intercompany disputes as needed by local accounting teams.
- Participate in the global initiative to standardize and automate intercompany tasks.
- Present project and status updates to the Project Lead.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is a must.
- At least 4 years of accounting experience including significant intercompany experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of consolidations, international accounting, and reporting issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. All candidates must be fluent in English.
- Experience with an ERP system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle).
- Experience with consolidated financial reporting systems (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream, Jet Anaplan, SAP BPC).
- Experience working in a project environment.
- High and demonstrated attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks, often with non-negotiable deadlines.
