Job Description Get to Know the Team You will be part of the Demand Planning and GrabGifts team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager. The team works with team members across Grab Commercial Support teams- Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Together, the team deliver regional strategic execution to bring improvement across Grab&aposs B2B ecosystem. Get to Know the Role We are looking for someone to lead our B2B expansion through two critical projects. You will play an important part in shaping growth, driving execution, and ensuring long-term success of Grab&aposs B2B projects across the region. You will report to Senior Manager, GFB Demand Planning and GrabGifts and be based in Petaling Jaya, working onsite. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform You will lead the China Client project Develop the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy to launch and scale Grab for Business to the Chinese clients. Cultivate a network of strategic partners, channel resellers, and important industry players to accelerate growth and market reach. You will secure High-Value Strategic Partnerships Identify, pursue, negotiate and secure large-scale, strategic partnerships that create Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and align with our long-term vision. Build data-driven, compelling business cases by combining market intelligence and internal capabilities to secure support and resource allocation for important projects. Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need Language: Business fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a senior commercial role. High-Stakes Negotiation: Experience leading complex negotiations and structuring high-value, win-win deals. Strategic Judgment: The ability to combine vast amounts of information (market data, competitive intelligence, internal dynamics) into strategy. China Market Experience: Experience and an understanding of its culture and operating norms. Commercial Experience & P&L Ownership: Experience managing a P&L or being directly accountable for revenue targets. Mindset: Takes ownership and solves complex problems.
