Role Overview We are looking for IT Governance Associate to assist with user access clean up and support compliance with audit recommendations. This includes validating system access, coordinating removal of excessive permissions, and preparing for long term governance such as User Access Reviews (UARs). Metacloud Sdn Bhd [201401018154 (1094241-V)] Key Responsibilities Audit Remediation & Access Cleanup Review current system LOA (Limit of Authority) and user access data. Coordinate with business stakeholders to verify access and communicate deviations. Work with BAU/Operation team to maintain access tracking record, and change status for audit traceability. Work with BAU/Operation team to revise and maintain the SOP. Ensure remediation plan is executed within the committed timeline. User Access Recertification Support Support execution of UAR processes based on SOP requirements. Reconcile access granted by the ID management team against business needs. Communicate with business during the UAR window. Track, report, and follow up on overdue recertification or non-compliance cases. Collaborate with IT Infra and/or IT Application team to improve the access governance framework. Candidate Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Audit or Information Governance. At least 2 years of working experience in IT Governance, audit, access control is preferred. Strong working knowledge of Excel and ability to manage structured trackers. Familiarity with service request or ticketing system and workflow approval. Clear understanding of IT Audit Scope/ISO controls around access management is a plus. Experience and knowledge in Life Insurance domain is a plus. One year contract role. Competencies: Meticulous with attention to detail. Strong documentation and coordination skills.
