Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBusiness ObjectivesProvide oversight and early detection of late-running activities within KUL airport infrastructure that may lead to delays.Provide coordination of critical ‘save me’ flights and assign assets and resources efficiently.Provide an alignment/coordination between the operations department for PTC eventsProvide delay trend analysis from a front line level observation.Provide PTC monitoring/tracking/recording and advance planningProvide follow-up reporting and suggestions for positive change measuresPrimary AccountabilitiesSupervise turnaround of target flights and document inefficiencyAssist in the communication of PTC gaps to help drive efficient assignments of assets & staffAccurate delay reportingActs as moderator for delay disputesIdentifies delay trends and provides measures for positive changeIdentifies flight rotations that consistently cannot meet OTP and offer feedback to the Scheduling DeptCreates and builds on stakeholder relationships both below & above wing, with the NMC communityGoverns fueling PTC and oversees service performanceMonitors guest flows within the terminal infra and identifies throughput limitationsIdentifies process gaps, and provides measures for solutionsPerform Root Cause Analysis on frequently delayed flights
