  • Education: Minimum SPM / Certificate level with some relevant experience. Diploma/Degree holders (in Accounting, Finance, or related fields) are encouraged to apply.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, as a 6-month probation and training period will be provided.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Skills :
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with accounting software like 'Bukku' is an advantage (training provided).
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
Tanggungjawab
  • Manage daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), transactions, and records.
  • Prepare monthly reports, budgets, and cash flow statements.
  • Handle payroll, statutory submissions, and staff claims.
  • Oversee general office administration, including filing and documentation.
  • Liaise with vendors and China factories for sourcing and costing.
  • Manage payments, collections, and AR updates.
  • Coordinate with government bodies for renewals and applications.
  • Assist the HR department with leave records and other administrative tasks.
