- Education: Minimum SPM / Certificate level with some relevant experience. Diploma/Degree holders (in Accounting, Finance, or related fields) are encouraged to apply.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, as a 6-month probation and training period will be provided.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with accounting software like 'Bukku' is an advantage (training provided).
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Manage daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), transactions, and records.
- Prepare monthly reports, budgets, and cash flow statements.
- Handle payroll, statutory submissions, and staff claims.
- Oversee general office administration, including filing and documentation.
- Liaise with vendors and China factories for sourcing and costing.
- Manage payments, collections, and AR updates.
- Coordinate with government bodies for renewals and applications.
- Assist the HR department with leave records and other administrative tasks.
