Complete responsibility for directing training supervising, planning, coordinating, of all areas within the culinary department including any projects requested by the Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef of the hotel and its board; ensuring a quality product for our guests, and secure profit margins while maintaining the Corporate image of the Company at all times. Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in an International class hotel capacity Diploma / Degree in Culinary Art or Food & Beverage. Very much a people's person who is able to work closely with staff on a daily basis, a hands-on operational approach at all times. Being able to adapt to change with a flexible approach and a never-say-never attitude. Leadership training involves guiding people with a mindset of accepting nothing but the best. Good guest interaction skills are essential, along with a command of written and verbal English. Position open to expatriate - only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
