  • To maintain the HRIS (Workday / Boss I Net etc) and ensure smooth daily operation, data accuracy and OTIF
  • Superuser familiar with query and report generation
  • To provide preliminary technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving systems
  • To evaluate and monitor the system performance and update with the latest features
  • Support in data entry and payroll verification
2. HRIS Project (Workday / Boss I Net etc):
  • Responsible for HRIS projects including system implementation and upgrades
  • Work together and communicate with the project team, cross-functional team, HQ, vendors and end-user on system-related enhancements, issues and queries
  • Responsible for implementing, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT) and error log analysis
3. Documentation and Manual:
  • Develops documents and maintains all the system process workflows for efficiency and compliance with data integrity, security and privacy requirements
  • Recommend effective processes or improvements on systems to increase efficiency in HR management
  • To provide systems training and support to users.
4. Support in external audit and internal audit in the Human Resources function5. Support in any HR projects / strategies / initiatives as assigned by the line managerJOB REQUIREMENTS​
  • Degree in HR Management or Business Administration or related disciplines
  • HR generalist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably with good experience in HRIS and payroll process
  • Familiar with HR processes and workflow
  • Familiar with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, SuccessFactors or other similar system
  • Familiar with Core HR, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Talent & Performance & Workforce Planning modules
  • Familiar with Applicant tracking system
  • Familiar with payroll system, time and attendance system
