- To maintain the HRIS (Workday / Boss I Net etc) and ensure smooth daily operation, data accuracy and OTIF
- Superuser familiar with query and report generation
- To provide preliminary technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving systems
- To evaluate and monitor the system performance and update with the latest features
- Support in data entry and payroll verification
- Responsible for HRIS projects including system implementation and upgrades
- Work together and communicate with the project team, cross-functional team, HQ, vendors and end-user on system-related enhancements, issues and queries
- Responsible for implementing, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT) and error log analysis
- Develops documents and maintains all the system process workflows for efficiency and compliance with data integrity, security and privacy requirements
- Recommend effective processes or improvements on systems to increase efficiency in HR management
- To provide systems training and support to users.
- Degree in HR Management or Business Administration or related disciplines
- HR generalist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably with good experience in HRIS and payroll process
- Familiar with HR processes and workflow
- Familiar with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, SuccessFactors or other similar system
- Familiar with Core HR, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Talent & Performance & Workforce Planning modules
- Familiar with Applicant tracking system
- Familiar with payroll system, time and attendance system
