Job Responsibility Perform sales to achieve sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and understand customer needs. Assist in managing and monitoring daily stock and inventory, including restocking products and conducting stock takes for accuracy. Support online assignments and create social media content to promote outlet, offers, and products. Handle point-of-sales registers and process payment transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organize the retail outlet environment. Perform other daily operational duties and ad-hoc tasks as required. Job Requirements Minimum SPM qualification required. Strong communication skills. Willingness to learn and positive attitude. Ability to work effectively in a team. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (optional).
