Project Manager

• Oversee the management of local suppliers and ensure effective on-site management of the company’s inventory, conducting regular checks at each operational site.

• Collaborate with domestic colleagues to facilitate the smooth information flow regarding goods entering and exciting Malaysia.

• Create SOPs for the project,and provide training and supervision to on-site personnel to ensure adherence to SOPs and specific operation guidelines.

• Address any issues that arise on-site, analyze their causes, implement improvements, and coordinate efforts to resolve these problems.

• Assist in managing the daily operational processes and related qualification applications for Malaysian companies.

• Establish a dedicated operational team based on project needs and optimize resources to minimize project costs.

• Explore and identify potential business opportunities to broaden the project’s scope.

• Work alongside the sales team to expand market reach, manage costs, and secure new project opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related areas.

• A minimum of 2 years in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.

• Experience in project management, strong analytical skills for cost assessment and ability to handle stress effectively.

• Effective communication abilities, proficient in coordinating interpersonal relationships and good at teamwork.

• Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin and English; knowledge of Malay is advantageous.
