Over 300 retailers are spread across 4 levels creating the ultimate destination of choice for shopping, dining, entertainment and park life in the area. We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. Customer Service Assistant is responsible for attending to inquiries/feedback/requests/complaints from shoppers and tenants tactfully and in a timely manner. Your role includes but not limited to:Communication with shoppers and tenants in person or via phone call.Ensuring all customer facilities such as strollers and wheelchairs are in good working condition and maintained at high standard of cleanlinessConducting internal daily floor checks including tenant opening and closing hour.Attending to emergencies and responding according to the centre Standard Operating ProcedureConcierge desk administration dutiesWork closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations of the mallAssist in mall marketing events and campaigns such as handling gift redemption, lucky draws, contest forms etc.RequirementsOpen to fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree who are keen to work in a dynamic mall environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays (as per roster).BenefitsPermanent position22 days annual leave per year plus 3 days of wellbeing leaveMedical, Dental and Inpatient coverage for self and dependant.Access to online wellbeing and mental health platformWe love a challenge and solving problems.
