Accountant / Assistant Accountant (Taxation, Financial)

• Monitor tax compliance and preparation of quarterly tax computation and estimates, quarterly defer tax computation, transfer pricing report preparation, SST, withholding tax, and in charge of annual tax review and submission to company tax agent and other tax related matters.
• In charge of payments review and ensure completeness of documents and compliances for payment approval submission.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and monthly management report with compliance to accounting standards (IFRS, MFRS) & company policies and statutory requirements.
• Assist in expense monitoring and Balance sheet reconciliation and review for all BS accounts.
• Assist in cashflow projection report for the month after month end closing.
• Provide support for completion of internal and external audit/tax reporting.
• Provide support for stock counts and fixed assets management.
• Assist in ensuring control and compliances to internal control procedures & policies and assist in updating SOP related to financial process.
• Support the Finance team to ensure smooth daily Account and Finance operations.
• Additional tasks/responsibilities as assigned periodically such as budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, project costing, cash flow management etc.
