- Lead the Hair & Lifestyle division with a clear vision and strategic roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and threats to continuously evolve the brand's positioning and offerings.
- Provide cross-functional leadership to marketing, sales, education, operations, and merchandising teams.
- Full accountability for the division's Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring delivery of revenue, profit, and cost-efficiency targets.
- Monitor financial performance through regular analysis, forecast adjustments, and risk assessments.
- Drive pricing, margin management, and expense control to optimize profitability.
- Oversee distribution strategy across key channels: salon professionals, retail (FSS), online platforms, and lifestyle partners.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with salons and distributors to maximize door productivity and network expansion.
- Lead pipeline development for new business channels, lifestyle retail formats, or flagship experiences.
- Ensure brand integrity and consistent storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute campaigns that drive awareness, trial, and loyalty.
- Champion digital acceleration and influence engagement strategies to build lifestyle affinity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Brand Partner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mall management teams, including leasing and promotional departments.
- Negotiate and secure optimal store locations, tenancy terms, and promotional visibility for brand presence.
- Co-develop annual mall promotional calendars to align with brand campaigns and boost traffic.
- Build and lead a high-performing, passionate team across departments.
- Foster a performance-driven culture with a strong focus on growth, accountability, and collaboration.
- Mentor and develop future leaders within the division.
- Oversee supply chain, education, and field execution to ensure seamless customer experience and operational agility.
- Work closely with finance, HR, and regional functions to drive alignment and efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of progressive leadership experience in beauty, haircare, lifestyle, FMCG, or premium consumer brands, with at least 5 years in a senior general management or commercial leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in managing full P&L responsibilities, driving revenue growth, and optimizing profitability in a multi-channel environment.
- Strong track record in developing and expanding sales through salon professional networks, retail (FSS), e-commerce, and lifestyle channels.
- Experience in building and sustaining brand equity, executing integrated marketing campaigns, and driving digital transformation.
- Skilled in negotiating and managing partnerships with brand principals, distributors, mall operators, and key commercial partners.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop large cross-functional teams; adept at fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities, assess risks, and adapt strategies in a fast-changing consumer landscape.
- Experience overseeing supply chain, merchandising, and field operations to deliver superior customer experiences and operational efficiency.
