Job description: Conduct research, data analysis, and testing to understand related industries and user mindset & behavior Participate in internal and external communication, assist product manager in providing payment expertise and consultation for both internal and external stakeholders Assist Product Manager in preparing relevant product documentation, including PRDs and payment method instructions Collaborate with product manager to manage platform configuration Support product manager in conducting UAT testing Work with product manager to monitor and analyze channel performance Requirement: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field Strong analytical skills and proven ability to make data-driven decisions, with the capability to define and manage qualitative and quantitative research and measurement plans Excellent organizational skills, thriving in a matrix environment that relies on high levels of cross-functional collaboration Proficient in English Show more Show less
