- Grow the Islamic High Network, Private and Malay customer base,
- Undertake project development, implementation and deployment of key initiatives for
Management. * Primary focus would be the engagement with the relevant authorities, establishingthe payment gateway as well as project executions on Zakat, Waqaf, Sadaqah
and Tabung Haji. Lead the enhancement of digital customer journey,
primarily for the Islamic Wealth Purification pillar, * To champion the customer segmentation-based offerings in recommending anddeveloping Islamic Wealth Management products & services primarily for
the Malay Muslims/Bumiputera customer segment. * Manage and grow Takaful portfolio Implementation of Value-Based Intermediation (VBI) initiatives through improved banking practices and product offerings for Islamic Wealth Management Journey.
- Engage with Wealth Sales and Business Channel to drive optimized distribution
- Drive ASBN sales and ASB Financing portfolio and other applicable investment and
- financing products in tandem with market opportunity
- Represent PFS-i as the product manager of investment structures business.
- To work closely with the product providers and internal stakeholders to
- conceptualize ideas and source for new/enhanced product offering.
- Achieve the business financials by developing and implementing the product strategy of the investment products.
- Lead and coordinate all PFS-I and IWM digital marketing (below and above the line) initiatives with the aim of building the Bank's image as a leading provider of Islamic Digital Lifestyle.
- Drive, monitor and develop customer engagement via various Bank's digital
- platforms.
- Act in a pro-active manner as the link between marketing, business users and digital support teams in relation to marketing initiations.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional project to deliver sustainable and
- breakthrough improvement to business processes.
- Initiate and lead dedicated Islamic products and initiatives to grow Islamic Wealth
- customers and business.
- To participate in project management involving people, organizational change
- management, systems integration and core process changes.
- Promotes cooperation and commitment within a team to achieve goals and deliverables.
- Promotes organizational mission and goals, and shows the way to achieve them
- Responds positively to change, embracing and using new practices or values to accomplish organizational goals
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Knowledge in wide array of investment products (e.g. equities, bond and currencies
- market, structured products, etc) are preferred.
- Minimum 10 years work experience in related fields

- Certified

- Financial Planner Certified
- Additional
- Takaful/Insurance licensed are preferred
