Requirements; Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Professional Certificate Advanced/Higher/Degree in any related field. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 & ISO 14000 in heavy industries manufacturing is added advantage. Working independently with minimum supervision, energetic, creative and innovative mindset. Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Office, Microsoft excel, Microsoft word Responsibilities; Assist QEMR to implement and maintain the ISO9001 & ISO14001 Management System. Coordinates, arrange and plan certification body audit, Internal and third-party audit and follow up the corrective action. Yearly documented information review and update such as Risk & Opportunity Register, Environment Aspect & Impact Register, Organizational Process Management Plan, etc. Comply and adhere the Integrated Management Procedure, legal and requirement, company standards, 5S, policies and regulation. Document preparation for Quality and Environmental objectives. Support the development and implementation of document control and records management policies, procedures and standards for company. Ensure all documents, records and distributions list are maintain as per requirements with a standards system for easy retrieval. Others task as assigned by superior from time to time. #JPKR #JPKR
