Mid Specialist, DevOpsJOB RESPONSIBILITIESThe Specialist, DevOps is responsible for infrastructure management, deployment, and monitor production environment using various tools and scripts. The role also designs and maintain the CI/CD pipeline and ensure efficient application delivery including security and compliance. Besides, this role will also require optimizing infrastructure for scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards. Lastly, the role requires support to various events at night, such as release, performance tests, government or shopping event.KEY RESULTS AREA1) Automation and infrastructurea) Develop and maintain automation scripts for infrastructure management tasks, tools, deployment and monitoring.b) Design, develop and maintain Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines.c) Create and manage deployment scripts and templates to ensure consistent and repeatable application deployments.2) Release and deploymenta) Collaborating with different technology and operations teams to ensure that release and deployment requirements are understood and met.b) Implement best practice for release management.3) Incident response and troubleshootinga) Collaborate with different functional teams to address incidents and restore services quickly. Investigate and resolve incidents, apply root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.b) Participate in on-call rotation to aid incident response.4) Cloud infrastructure management, capacity planning and monitoringa) Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure performance, security, scalability.b) Assess system capacity and performance requirement, implement scalable solutions that meet future growth needs.c) Implement and maintain monitoring systems to proactively identify performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other issues.d) Set up and maintain alerting mechanisms and ensure timely response to alertse) Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates for automated deployment and recovery.5) Security and compliancea) Collaborate with infrastructure and security team to manage and optimize infrastructure resources and ensure application of industry standard security.b) Collaborate with development teams to design and implement secure infrastructure architectures, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.c) Ensuring compliance with security, audits and regulatory requirements.6) Event supporta) Support all performance tests and major events from merchant, partner and government.REQUIREMENTSQualification:· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network or related field· Professional cloud certificationExperiences:· Proven 3 experience in a DevOps or SRE role· Strong experience in site reliability engineering, infrastructure engineering, cloud architecture or a similar role.Skills:· Strong knowledge of scripting language and programming language (e.g. Bash, Python, Go) and experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible, Chef)· Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab) and version control systems (e.g. Git, SVN)· Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud) and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). Basic or advanced cloud certification is a plus.· Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.· Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.· Deep knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and administration.· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.Personality:· Passionate, agile, flexible, and positive attitude.· Assertive, driven individual with a strong sense of urgency.· Self-starter with continuous improvement mindset.Sub Specialization : Information Technology;IT Infrastructure
