TanggungjawabJob Summary:
  • The Junior Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations of the business.
  • This role involves handling documentation, maintaining records, and assisting in back-office processes related to sales, recruitment, and product distribution.
Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative Support
  • Prepare, update, and maintain company documents, reports, and databases.
  • Handle data entry for distributors' registration, orders, and commission records.
2. Distributor & Customer Support
  • Respond to inquiries from supplier and customers in a professional manner.
  • Provide guidance on company procedures, product information, and sales processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of training materials or events for distributors.
3. Operations & Coordination
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of contracts, agreements, and distributor records.
4. Reporting & Analysis
  • Highlight discrepancies or issues to the Admin Manager for resolution.
5. General Office Duties
  • Manage correspondence (emails, calls, memos).
  • Support in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
