- Lead end-to-end delivery of Engineering services under the IFM scope, ensuring high-quality execution, traceability, and transparency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize resource utilization.
- Oversee mobilization and integration of new facilities, ensuring seamless transition and operational readiness.
- Implement and maintain a robust quality management system to ensure regional consistency and minimize defects or service interruptions.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies, including business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (Clients, BU, Regional Team, Cross site Engineering Leads and Functional leads).
- Act as a strategic partner to the client, aligning on scope, budget, and expectations while proactively addressing concerns.
- Lead governance processes and ensure timely, data-driven reporting and communication.
- Plan and execute transformation projects focused on technology adoption, automation, and process optimization.
- Evaluate and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance safety.
- Manage ad-hoc project demands with effective prioritization and change control.
- Review scopes of work, technical assessments, and procurement processes to ensure commercial and operational alignment.
- Monitor contractor performance against defined KPIs and ensure timely invoicing and closure of service requests.
- Create a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on accountability and excellence.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering leadership capabilities and succession planning.
- Promote open communication and cross-functional collaboration across JLL and client teams.
- Proven success managing large clients or partnerships in MNC environments
- Ability to lead IFM mobilization for new facilities, adapting quickly to changing requirements
- Strong interpersonal and multicultural skills with a customer-first mindset
- Leadership that fosters collaboration and inspires commitment across teams
- Resourceful and proactive, able to deliver results with minimal guidance
- Comfortable working under pressure and across diverse service lines
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in facilities or engineering management
- Experience in semiconductor or cleanroom environments is highly desirable
- Strong technical knowledge in reliability-centered engineering, commissioning, and sustainable energy, and facilities systems
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage large teams and complex operations
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and reporting capabilities
- Experience with CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo) and project management tools
