Job InformationResponsibilities

Responsible for the RMS System (Recruitment System); Reviewing CVs
Employee referral check; Selection of candidates
Interview arrangement; Conduct interviews with the Line Managers
Liaison with the agency on the hiring of Foreign recruitments
Updating the vacancies rack and provide the summary report to Sr. HR Manager on weekly basis
Reviewing the Recruitment agency invoices before forwarded to the Sr. HR Manager for approval.(via SAP)
Offer of employment (follow up on offer and acceptance)
Liaison with Shared Services on all recruitments documents
Coordinate job fairs, new advertisement etc
Opening staffs personal file; Issuing Medical check up letter; SAP ID / PKFZ PASS / PPE Form
Handling new employees reporting duty, such as induction and reporting needs
Update the Employment / Vacancies Report
To ensure all employee have their JDs
Have experience handling and coordinating contract workers procedures and documents

Requirement:

Degree in any field of studies
More than 5 years of working experience in similar functions
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner, and the ability to work well under stress and time pressures
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written. (English).
