Business Solution Consultant

• Assist in all stages from specification refinement to partial or complete ownership of business solution design by providing comprehensive business solutions and service knowledge.

• Ensure accuracy and propose alternative solutions by conducting thorough analyses which include risk assessments and feasibility studies to prioritize deliverables effectively.

• Provide tailored and relevant solutions by understanding and integrating client needs into strategic plans that align with client and company requirements.

• Ensure projects aligned with strategic objectives by monitoring high-level implementation project and business service plans.

• Negotiate with clients and provide strategic business direction to secure and finalize agreement ensuring the project objectives is aligns with clients expectation and business goals.

• Develop desired solutions by collaborating with business, technical, operations and end-user teams.

• Confirm business needs fulfil by assess and validate system requirements contributing to the overall integrity of the solution.

• Provide guidance on detailed requirements analyses and their impact on customers and systems as a Subject Matter Expert.

• Engaged with internal team and client-facing meetings by addressing and resolve complex issues, leveraging specialized knowledge and experience to determine effective solution approaches.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, MIS or any related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of working experience in finance services or IT industry.

• Proficiency in software development lifecycle and application development methods, preferably with payment/ banking applications.

• Ability to build relationships at different levels with a variety of stakeholders, including C levels.

• Having experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in both speaking and writing communication skills in English.

• Ability to learn new technologies, handle situations positively and do tasks of wide-ranging complexity and risk.

• Ability to travel when required.

• Able to work unsociable hours with teams and clients in different time zones when needed.
