The Manager of Investment and Marketing will be based in Johor with main responsibility to manage investment drive, execute marketing and promotion of company.
...The position responsibilities, including but not limited to as below; * Develop detailed feasibility study for relevant initiative proposed
- Drafting proposal documents for state approval to fulfil company objectives.
- Oversee and manage the investment activities of the company including securing investment
- Handling procurement processes and tendering activities of consultants/vendors for approvals
- Manage overall process in securing related recognition and certifications from relevant authorities/bodies
- Maintain and build positive relationships and foster continual interactions with authorities and stakeholders at all levels
- Diploma/ Degree graduate in investment/ marketing/ business or equivalent qualification
- 10 years of experience in the property related industry with proven track record
- Excellent market analysis skills, strong interest in investment and report writing capabilities
- Strong leadership and result-driven
