Scope of work to be assigned to the intern: Assist to document product features. Assist to update commercial FAQ. Assist with development of Commercial SOP. Assist with legal documentation with transit, expressway and transport operators. Assist to monitor transit, expressway and transport operators' performance. Assist to track and monitor request by Participants and internal stakeholders. Assist to track and monitor Participants' readiness with other internal stakeholders. Assist to coordinate and arrange discussions with internal stakeholders. Deliverables: PayNet product write-ups and FAQs Commercial SOP Completion of legal documents Merchant performance reports Systematic stakeholder management and response time Competency to be Acquired: Core Values Aspiration Proactively seeks alignment in one's role towards the organisation's purpose. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Operational Efficiency: Capacity to design operational procedures that streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Understanding of process improvement techniques such as Lean Six Sigma to identify areas for optimization. Legal Compliance: Knowledge of legal procedures and regulations relevant to the financial services industry. Ability to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all operational activities.
