
Assistant Brand Manager (PUIG)

- Plan and execute brand & business objectives; KPI’s
- Manage brand A&P and P&L to ensure brand investments & ROI are maximized.
- Work closely with demand planning team on forecasting future launches and monthly business needs.
- Plan and execute commercial business plans with Brand Manager.
- Work with marketing team to develop integrated marketing plans from product launches and promotion mechanics to grow and build brands.
- Develop e-commerce strategies to increase brand engagement and sales.
- Develop, drive and execute brand merchandising guidelines & adhere across all different retail channel distribution.
- Be ‘hands on’ and independently lead the brand by working closely with cross functional teams from sales, marketing, finance, and operations to achieve brand objectives.
- Work closely with trade partners to ensure brands exposure and mechanics are consistently managed and well presented.
- Degree in marketing or related business with at least 5 years in a reputable FMCG company or in retail managing a brand.
- Candidate with prior experience managing skincare/fragrance brand an added advantage.
- Strategic mindset, analytical & insights driven to create opportunities.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, bi-lingual (English & Bahasa).
- Team player, self-confident with strong leadership qualities.
- Independent & Innovative, multi-task and good time management skills.
- A go-getter with an attitude to outperform and deliver excellent results continuously.
- Possesses strong skills in various office applications, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel proficiency.
