
Global Sales Development Representative (Mandarin & English)

- Create a strong pipeline of opportunities by: Identifying and targeting new business opportunities through market research and implementation of strategic outreach strategies
- Researching, qualifying and engaging prospective customers (both inbound and outbound) via meetings, phone, email, and social media
- Building and maintaining strong relationship with key prospects
- Generate insights and recommendations to help drive new business development
- Generate sales process improvement ideas
- CRM Management (uploading of leads, follow ups, etc.)
- Weekly sales tracking and reporting to leadership and executive team
- Build and maintain alignment and positive partnerships with the B2B marketing team
- Participate in virtual and/or in-person events as needed
- 3+ years in inbound/outbound B2B sales role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin proficiency is a plus
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, eager, and possessing a self-learning mentality, ready to contribute to a high-growth business
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of sales processes and ability to work with sales tools, such as Sales CRM
- Knowledge of digital entertainment (gaming, live-streaming, reading etc) and/or payments industry is preferred
