Site Supervisor

• Knowledge of construction site practices, WATERPROOFING AND PLUMBING will be an advantage
• Responsible for handling overall site activities including monitoring of daily site activities and site safety.
• Plan and co-ordinates site activities.
• Check on sub-contractor work done, defect and quality.
• Conduct site survey and measurement work.
• Implement the preventive maintenance program to avoid machine breakdown.
• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
• Basic product knowledge in the waterproofing, joint sealant, concrete repair, flooring or coatings products.
• Excellent time management and organization skills, meticulous and delivers quality work.
• Check for roof leaks, wall leaks, toilet leaks, parking lot leaks, etc.

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Preferred candidate can START work immediately.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• willing to travel to KL , Selangor and Penang
• People over 18 who want to start a business, fresh graduates are also welcome
• no experience is required, the company will provide training.
• Rm2500 to Rm5000 (salary depends on how hard you work)
