To define, delegate tasks for subordinates. Monitor the overall general cleanliness of the Attractions. Determine the workflow processes. Determine pricing discounted rate, promotion rate and internal charges. To chair or attend internal and external meeting. To prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. To propose the projected profit and loss budget and manpower planning. To plan and monitor the employee welfare. To maintain the work relationship, include both inside and outside company with internal and external. Job Requirements Degree qualification in Tourism Management/ Hospitality or Business Management Confidence in speaking, reading and writing English skills essential. Minimum 3 years experiences in supervising within a theme park operations environment required. Previous theme park, water park, F.E.C. or museums experience will be an advantage.
