Professional qualifications (MIA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW or equivalent) is mandatory
Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience, with at least three (3) years in managerial position, preferably with an audit firm or a listed company
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, Bursa Malaysia reporting and corporate governance practices
Proficient in written and spoken English
A team-player and communicates well with colleagues from all levels
Strong analytical skills, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, good problem-solving skills and committed to meeting deadlines

Tanggungjawab

Manage the daily operations (invoicing, payments, banking and other transactions) of the Finance Department of the Company
Perform monthly closing and prepare monthly management accounts as well as quarterly results for announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad
Group consolidation and Bursa Malaysia reporting
Liaise closely with the external and internal auditors, tax agent, company secretary, bankers and authorities in relation to the relevant matters
Ensure compliance with the relevant accounting standards and policies as well as government regulations
Familiar and hands-on in preparing materials for Board Meeting
Strengthen internal control and improve financial systems, policies and procedures
Assist Management in relation to any ad-hoc matters
