Job Description Formulate and implement maintenance plans for new equipment and machines based on inputs from station owners and suppliers. Perform troubleshooting activities using guides and documentation from station owners and work to eliminate recurring issues. Collaborate with station owners and machine suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives. Train, coach, and develop technicians in troubleshooting and sustaining test stations effectively. Manage and ensure timely preparation and uploading of all maintenance-related manufacturing documents prior to production release. Optimize equipment design and improve machine reliability. Execute activities that support departmental KPIs and promote a culture of continuous improvement through realistic goal setting. Evaluate technician performance based on departmental and individual objectives. Summarize breakdown reports and provide feedback to the support team to improve Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF). Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years in a related equipment maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing or test environment. Strong machine troubleshooting ability Proficient in reading and interpreting circuit diagrams, schematics, and electrical drawings Experience with continuous improvement and equipment optimization Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate a team Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Additional Information .
