TanggungjawabJob DescriptionThe role covers both Tele-operator Functions and Administrative Functions as outlined below:Tele-operator Functions
  • Receive and professionally handle all inbound calls from users regarding inquiries, technical issues, or registration assistance related to the project system.
  • Conduct outbound calls and/or send messages as needed for user verification, case follow-ups, and feedback collection.
  • Accurately log and ticket all user complaints and inquiries within the same working day.
  • Monitor and ensure timely resolution of support tickets in compliance with the system's Service Level Agreement (SLA), including same-day closure when applicable.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of all support tickets using the designated helpdesk or CRM platform.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues promptly to the relevant technical team.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism by providing clear, courteous, and effective communication in all user interactions.
Administrative Functions
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, and supporting documents for client submissions and internal use.
  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry related to project operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff claim submissions, ensuring proper filing and regular updates of supporting documents.
  • Oversee pantry operations, including ordering, restocking, and replenishment of meals, snacks, and beverages to support a well-maintained office environment.
