- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and hands-on technical abilities.
- Able to read technical drawings and manuals.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Possess valid driving license (if travel is required).
- Supervise, assign, and coordinate daily work tasks for the technical team.
- Monitor and inspect work progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution when required.
- Train, guide, and evaluate technicians to improve work performance and skill level.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Plan and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments for job coordination and feedback.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on job progress, team performance, and maintenance issues.
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and work discipline among the team.
