All team members are empowered with the freedom to influence each other as long it complies with our Company’s values and vision.The position will be located at 1 Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and it is easy to get to by public transportation.Main ResponsibilitiesImplement and/or Setup Process & System deployment, Controls and Compliance:Support to design new GIMS processes and workflow, implement new ERP system.Align internal controls to ensure compliance with WSM process.Coordinate with external auditors and ensure a smooth audit process.Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns.General Ledger & Financial Reporting:Maintain the general ledger and oversee day-to-day accounting activities to ensure a proper interaction and flow of information with other departments.Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow management.Monitor account receivables, reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.Ensuring correct and timely payments to suppliersEnsure compliance with WMS policies, accounting principles, IFRS standards and regulatory requirements.Financial Analysis & Budgeting:Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.Collaborate with business leader to develop and monitor budgets, and forecasts.QualificationsMandatory requirementsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Exposure in IFRS (added advantage)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skill.Knowledgeable in SAP is preferred.Additional PreferencesProactiveGood Communication Skills with other entities, country & teamsProblem SolvingGreat Interpersonal skillsSounds interesting?
