- A degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in quality assurance within the plastic manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and other relevant quality frameworks.
- Experience in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve quality goals.
