- Perform professional diode laser hair removal treatments according to company protocol
- Provide product knowledge and friendly, professional customer service
- Handle client scheduling and appointment confirmation
- Maintain cleanliness of treatment and dressing rooms
- Assist with daily operations and tasks assigned by management
- Minimum 1 year working experience in beauty/therapy field
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-groomed
- Friendly personality with good communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage
- 6 working days/week, with off day every Wednesday
- Willing to work on weekends & public holidays
- Must have own transport and willing to work at Penang & Bukit Mertajam
- Able to start immediately is an added advantage
- Willing to travel when necessary
