- Represent Network Engineering & Operations in engagements with Internal Audit and external auditors by coordinating cross-functional support, ensuring audit expectations are understood, and maintaining clear communication to support audit integrity and accountability.
- Manage internal preparation efforts for audits across Network Engineering & Operations by reviewing findings, providing practical input on responses, and working with relevant teams to ensure alignment and timely approvals from management.
- Manage and facilitate active collaboration during audit fieldwork by coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring clarity of roles, and encouraging consistent support to meet audit requirements.
- Monitor and follow up on NEO audit action items to ensure timely resolution. Engage leadership for support and approvals, helping to reduce delays and maintain compliance focus.
- Initiate and coordinate in-house audit activities within Network Engineering & Operations to review process controls and highlight potential risks. Present findings with relevant leaders, help teams plan corrective actions, and follow through to ensure issues are addressed effectively.
- Demonstrate accountability and good governance in daily work, encouraging others to follow ethical practices and company guidelines.
- Minimum 5 years in telecommunications industry
- Bachelor's degree required
- Familiar in telecommunications domains such as CME, RAN, Transport including context and industry standard terminologies
- Familiarity with network planning, implementation and operations processes
- Familiarity with operational processes such as rental/utility payments, tenancy agreements, permitting, and relevant Regulatory requirements
- Awareness on Managed Services Partner operating model
- Demonstrates structured thinking with strong communication and presentation capabilities
- Able to write clearly and effectively
- Possesses effective interpersonal skills and the ability to engage across various teams.
