High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
Diploma or degree in logistics, quality control, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)
Basic knowledge of quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP) is a plus
Knowledge of packing procedures, materials, and equipment
Understanding of quality control standards and inspection methods
Ability to lead a team and manage schedules
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication and documentation abilities
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP systems)

ResponsibilitiesPacking Duties:Supervise the packing team and daily operationsEnsure packaging is done according to specifications (labeling, quantity, material, etc.)Maintain inventory of packing materialsMonitor packing timelines and output efficiencyQuality Control Duties:Inspect packed goods for defects, contamination, or non-complianceConduct quality checks and maintain QC recordsCoordinate with production/QC team for corrective actionsEnsure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standardsBenefits
