• Develops and enforces policies for building maintenance, oversees staff training, and conducts audits to ensure quality and compliance.
• Schedules and supervises maintenance for equipment and facilities, ensuring peak performance and adherence to OSHA standards.
• Liaises with regulatory bodies for approvals and ensures adherence to all legal requirements related to the building.
• Provides guidance and training to staff, oversees SOP and WI development, and optimizes resource allocation for maintenance projects.
• Identifies and implements strategies to improve equipment performance and overall building operation efficiency.

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of facilities management experience with proven leadership in the field..
• Proficiency in using computers and related software programs for facilities management tasks.
