- Issue Resolution:
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex issues related to SAP SD processes, configurations, and transactions.
- End-User Support:
- Provide timely and effective support to end-users, addressing queries, and provide root cause analysis to users using ticketing tools.
- Enhancements and Change Requests:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand enhancement requests, propose solutions, and implement changes to improve SAP SD functionality.
- Incident Management:
- Lead incident management activities, ensuring prompt resolution of issues within SLA and excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge Transfer:
- Share expertise with team members and end-users, conduct training sessions and creating documentation to enhance overall SAP SD understanding.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Propose and implement improvements to existing SAP SD processes, configurations, and support methodologies.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and compliance with relevant industry standards.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other SAP functional teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders to facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration.
- Reporting:
- Generate and analyze reports to monitor system performance, track support tickets, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, preferably in Information System
- At least 5 years of experience in a full project cycle implementations and support
- Knowledge of maintaining master data (material master, customer master, condition master, info records, sales document types, item categories), and master data upload using LSMW
- Configuration of SD module - credit/debit memos, invoice correction, returns, pricing, sales orders, outline agreements (quality/value/service/master contracts), info records
- Knowledge of special-sales order process: cash sales, rush order, FOC, single level packing, cross selling, third party order processing, consignment sales
- Knowledge of batch management, route determination, rebate processing, STO, backorder processing, sales deals, and sales promotions bill of materials (BOM), and material documents.
- Thorough understanding of integration SD with MM, QM, WM, and FI/CO modules.
- Expertise in business process designing, blueprint, configuration, unit & integration testing, documentation & production support.
- Gap analysis, business process support in global and local system environment.
- Troubleshooting production problems and configuration issues through prioritization.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English is must.
- Excellent client-facing, cross-functional communication, and interaction skills
- Experience with SAP integration with third-party systems.
- S/4 HANA experience and knowledge in ABAP will be an added advantage.
- Preferably SAP certified
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
