• Develop and execute business strategies to meet the company’s goals and objectives.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior management role, preferably in the credit or financial leasing industry

• Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability

• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

• In-depth understanding of financial management, including budgeting and financial analysis

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting the financial leasing industry

• Familiarity with modern business practices and technology solutions
