Reporting Structure and Management Scope1. Reporting Structure: Directly reports to the General Manager, Deputy General Manager, and Department Head.2. Management Scope: Direct subordinates within the department and responsibilities for relevant departmental functions.Skills, Qualifications, and Personal Qualities1. Relevant bachelor's degree or above.2. Minimum of 5 years of practical work experience in a related position.3. Proficiency in English as a working language, with the ability to communicate in Mandarin.4. Knowledge of quality systems, including familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, IATF16949, VDA6.3, and QC080000 standards (3 or more).5. Experience in implementing lean production and proficient application of manufacturing management tools like lean production.Job Responsibilities:1. Organize and implement production activities according to the monthly production plan to ensure efficient operations.2. Manage production processes in accordance with quality system requirements, ensuring effective implementation of quality system and management document requirements.3. Build and train the team; responsible for team development and internal training.4. Manage and improve production technology and processes, and approve revisions to operation instructions.5. Oversee the daily management of the process equipment class.6. Responsible for equipment procurement, maintenance, and management to ensure equipment is in good operating condition to meet production requirements.7. Responsible for personnel, 5S, and safety management within the scope of responsibility, ensuring a good production order and a safe working environment.8. Coordinate and communicate horizontally and vertically to ensure efficient and smooth operations within the region.9. Responsible for the daily operation and operational performance of the department, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost within the region. Develop corresponding goals and action plans based on group and company strategic plans. Monitor weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly operational performance and lead the team in improvement efforts to achieve performance goals.10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.Performance Evaluation Metrics1. Performance Metrics:2. Production completion rate and on-time delivery rate.3. Product yield.4. Equipment availability rate.5. Safety production compliance rate.
